Don’t be a
dickhead.
Read it like a character sheet. The vibe is “the host knows what he’s doing” — these aren’t suggestions, they’re part of the deal you make by walking in.
★ EFFECTIVE FROM THE FIRST NIGHT, FOREVER · v1.2
- 01
Don't be a dickhead.
The big one. Everything below is a special case of this.
- 02
No means no. Stop means stop.
Verbal, non-verbal, or vibes. If you’re not sure, you’ve got your answer.
- 03
Ask before you touch.
Hugs, hands, hair, anywhere. The lads are good at saying yes; let them say it.
- 04
No body shaming. Ever.
Cubs, bears, otters, gym rats, twinks, chubs, daddies — everyone’s welcome at the table. Say nothing about anyone’s body that you wouldn’t want said about yours.
- 05
Don't out anyone.
What happens at C&C stays at C&C. Names, faces, who came with whom — none of it travels without permission.
- 06
Drink water. Eat the snacks.
Pace yourself. We’re here for hours. The kitchen is open.
- 07
Take loud stuff outside.
It’s a lounge room with neighbours. Heated debates about Wingspan strategy belong on the deck.
- 08
Tell a host if something’s off.
We’d rather know early. Pull any host aside — the conversation stays private. We’ll handle it.
- 09
Hosts can ask anyone to leave.
No appeals process. We’re running a free thing in a private home. Read rule 01.
- 10
If in doubt, ask.
Anyone. Any rule. Any situation. We’d rather have an awkward question than a bad night.
Tell a host. We’ll handle it.
On the night: pull any host aside. By text or email any time: we read everything, we don’t share it with anyone you don’t name, and we don’t need you to be sure before you say something.
